If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with a complimentary adjustment. We want you to love your hair. Adjustments are scheduled exactly like
regular appointments and are provided at no charge. The only qualifications that we make in providing a complimentary adjustment is that you: (1) call to schedule it within two weeks of the
original service, and (2) schedule the adjustment with the same Stylist who originally provided the service.
In the case that the original Stylist has no time available, or you feel that Stylist is unable to provide the service; at Festoon’s discretion, an exception may be made and the adjustment may be scheduled with another technician.
Apprentice services are not guaranteed.
PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your products, neither are we.
Hair products may be exchanged for any other retail product or for an in-store product credit. Credit will be based on the amount of product returned.
We do not give cash back for returns.
Special Limitations • All mechanical items (hairdryers, flat irons, etc.) must be returned within 3 months of the original purchase • All jewelry, hair brushes, facial products, makeup and special order sales are final • All other hair care product returns must be made within 12 months of original purchase.
