New Cancellation Policy
As you know, it can be difficult and sometimes frustrating to get a convenient and timely appointment with your favorite stylist and/or aesthetician. Clients who do not show up for their appointment only make the situation worse. Therefore in an effort to better serve all of our clients, we will be implementing a new policy. We will be securing a form of payment (e.g.. credit card) in order to reserve an appointment. In the case that adequate notice (24 hours) is not given and we are unable to refill that appointment time with a client on our waiting list , 50% of the services will be charged to the credit card. This will go into effect on May 1st, 2004. If you have any questions please feel free to discuss this new policy with your stylist, aestheticians, or salon coordinator.
